My vision is to create a healthy environment for every creature to reach optimal physical and mental health.  I’m the founder of an intentional non-profit community in Louisiana, inspiring those involved to apply learned innovation to health and environmental problems. I also develop juice bars as a platform to reach individuals who desire a positive change in their health and quality of life. I’m a second-degree Reiki practitioner and yogi; I love all forms of modality that cultivate attunement and sharpen awareness to the body.
